Leadership Development

There are many definitions of leadership development.  We take it to cover the entire structured process by which managers assess their development needs and subsequently improve their skills in order to enhance their own performance, the performance of their teams and ultimately their organisation.  Our services in this area include:

  • Identifying leadership competencies to support business objectives;
  • Assessing training and development needs against those agreed competencies;
  • Designing and delivering customised solutions to fill gaps identified;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of these solutions in terms of behaviour change back in the workplace;
  • Coaching and Mentoring, including Executive Coaching, to improve leadership capability.

We do not deliver off-the-shelf solutions. Instead, we work in partnership with you to assess your individual needs and to ensure that subsequent leadership development  solutions are tailored to suit your organisation and business objectives.
