Your key contact - Bernadette Breen BA, FCIPD

Bernadette is a HR, Organisation and Management Development expert who specialises in developing and implementing measures that drive culture and organisation change. Her expertise includes HR strategy development and implementation, measuring the value of HR and enhancing people processes to support organisational objectives. Pivotal to her success is her extensive experience in Senior HR Management roles, in Ireland and abroad, and as an external HR Consultant. All of her experience has been gained with major blue chip organizations. She holds a BA Degree in English Literature and Psychology from Queen's University, Belfast and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

She has also conducted extensive research, and has spoken at many HR conferences and seminars, on how effective HR Management can enhance organisational performance and add value to the bottom line.

Bernadette previously worked as a HR Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she managed a consulting unit which provided HR and Organisation Development services to clients. These services include assessing client needs in line with business strategy, designing and delivering customised solutions and evaluating their effectiveness.

She has a wealth of experience, and a proven track record, in providing high quality services to a wide range of clients in the public and private sector.
